The Emerald Village Condo Complex is an 18 unit condominium complex in North Attleboro, MA. The complex is comprised of garden style units. In terms of condos in North Attleboro, The Emerald Village offers decently sized condos with an average size of around ~815 square feet. The units are generally two bedroom units with one bath. If you’re looking for a spacious condo at an affordable price, then you should look at The Emerald Village Condos. These units offer single level living.

The units at Emerald Village are very bright with lots of exposure letting in the sun.  Generally, the units have a large eat-in kitchens with lots of counter space and plenty of cabinets for storage. The units come with dishwashers.

The living rooms at Emerald Village are generally carpeted with wall-to-wall carpeting. The first floor spaces have plenty of windows that allow in tons of natural light. Living rooms are spacious. This area of North Attleboro has some pretty good places nearby.  An active night life scene The Table at 10  Game 7, Fitzy’s Pub, and The Chieftain and Chilis. as well as tons of shops and nearby necessities Starbucks at The Emerald Square Mall, quaint diners like Don’s Diner down the road in Plainville , dry cleaner, banks)
People also really like Bagels and Cream on Route 1 and one of my favorite places for a cup of joe is Rockin Roasters on Route 1 

Just in the center of town is an Italian Restaurant named Cafe Porto Bello

The Emerald Village condos are a great place to call home. You will not be disappointed if you end up living here. First Floor at Traitor Hill

You can’t beat the bright and sunny demeanor at the Traitor Hill homes! These units have a large living room with hardwood floors that sparkle in the sunlight that an oversized window draws in. The living room opens into a cozy dining area. There is a perfect place for a dining room table just in front of large sliding glass doors that open onto a lovely front porch.

Some Details About the Complex

The official complex name is The Village at River’s Edge.

The complex was brought to the market as an active adult community. These are age restricted properties. There are typically deed restrictions put into place which require all residents be 55 years old in order to purchase and occupy the property.

There are 140 units in the complex.  As of 2016, the complex is complete according to recent MLS sales. At the time of writing, there are 140 owner occupied units.

I pulled one listing which was a two bed with two and half baths. The monthly condo association fee on that unit was $360. During our research we discovered that the monthly condo fee includes: Sewer, Master Insurance, Road Maintenance, Landscaping, Snow Removal, Recreational Facilities, Refuse Removal.

We are not aware of any special assessments at this time, however prior to making a purchase of any condominium in Massachusetts your should inquire if there are any special assessments or pending law suits against the unit or the complex.

 

 

How to Get to The Village at River’s Edge

The complex is located directly off of Route 115  or simply Holbrook Street. It is right on the MillisNorfolk line. You access the complex by turning onto main entrance on which is on Winterberry Way.

About Norfolk

Norfolk is a semi-rural suburban town located just 22 miles south west of Boston in Norfolk  County. The town has easy access to Route 1, and Interstates 495 & 95 making it an ideal commuter location as well as an excellent location for business and economic development. The town is governed by the open town meeting form of government and has a 3 member Board of Selectmen. Norfolk Public Schools are well respected, and it is one of three towns that are part of the King Phillip Regional School District. Students may also specialty high schools such as Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School in Franklin and Norfolk County Agricultural High School in Walpole.
